Here at Historic Stonebrook Farm we LOVE hosting weddings! We welcome your family to make our property yours for a day and enjoy everything it has to offer! From a bridal swing in the meadow to picturesque outdoor ceremony locations, you are given the freedom to craft your day however you choose.  

The barn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 people with a dance floor (we do allow up to 170 for an additional fee). The barn is fully heated and fully air-conditioned to comfortably host your guests all year round. We’ve recently added brand new restrooms, a stunning natural-light Bridal Suite and a larger kitchen prep area. Please see our Instagram for updated photos! For 2023 and beyond our property rental fee is $6500-8800. We offer lots of discounts for off-peak dates, lower guest counts and dry events.  We love improving and are always including more for our clients every year! WHAT'S INCLUDED

YOU CHOOSE

  • Your favorite ceremony location of many; under our big ash tree, amidst our lacebark elm allee, in the barnyard under hundreds of cafe lights, in the heifer barn garden…you get the point! The choice is always yours.

  • Your choice of free ceremony back drops: arbors, cross, screens, etc.

  • Your favorite signage from our large, free collection.

  • Ability to craft your day & timeline as you choose.

  • An array of "extras" that can be added for a small cost including yard games, rustic decor, a fire pit, linens, lanterns and gorgeous ceremony doors.  Plus $150 in FREE extras included with your rental. Ask us for a complete list!

WE PROVIDE

  • A list of approved caterers to choose from who provide delicious food and a full service experience so your day is carefree.

  • Kitchen for your caterer including (2) ranges, (2) refrigerators, double sink and prep tables. 

  • A newly renovated bar area for your RAMP certified bar-tender to use.

  • Ample, lit parking & handicap accessibility to Barn.

  • Newly renovated indoor restrooms.

  • Pre-event Storage in our corn crib.

  • Optional indoor ceremony plan in case of poor weather.

  • 3 scheduled planning visits & “Final Planning Meeting” one month before wedding.

  • Historic Stonebrook staff to guide you through the planning process.

  • A venue manager on your wedding day to greet vendors, manage restrooms, lighting, heating, fans & assist during checkout.


We are excited you are considering Historic Stonebrook Farm for your special day.  It is not fancy – but quaint and full of sentiment.  God has blessed us with this old place and we love seeing it become a memory for other families!  If you would like to schedule a private showing, please email us at gather@historicstonebrook.com or  Contact Us. We usually do showings Monday through Friday and on a limited number of Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays in order to worship with our families (although we DO host Sunday events).
