Here at Historic Stonebrook Farm we LOVE hosting weddings! We welcome your family to make our property yours for a day and enjoy everything it has to offer! From a bridal swing in the meadow to picturesque outdoor ceremony locations, you are given the freedom to craft your day however you choose.
The barn can comfortably accommodate up to 150 - 180 people. The barn can be heated but does not have air conditioning so please consider this in your planning. The rental fee can be discussed upon your visit and covers the use of the surrounding pastures, property, barn, kitchen, two bathrooms (as well as an additional rustic "farm bathroom"), tables, chairs and some decorative wood furniture. It also includes the use of our signature tandem bicycle, a primitive arbor and some signage. For 2017 this rate is anywhere from $4000 – $4500 which includes the use of the barn from 8 am to midnight the day of the event. There are greater discounts for weekday and off-season events. Pricing is based on several factors: number of guests, use of alcohol, and season of event.
We are excited you are considering Historic Stonebrook Farm for your special day. It is not fancy – but quaint and full of sentiment. God has blessed us with this old place and we love seeing it become a memory for other families! We usually do showings Monday through Friday from 9 am until 4 pm and on a limited number of Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays in order to worship with our families. Historic Stonebrook is not a commercial property which is why we do not provide any wedding/party services.
