For decades Historic Stonebrook has been used as a gathering place for families, loved ones, and friends.  Here are just a few of the events that Stonebrook has hosted over the years:

The Barn is not a commercial property (and remains our primary residence) which is why we do not provide any party services. We invite you and your family to come make our Barn yours for a time! 

 

 

The rental fee covers the use of the barn, the kitchen, two bathrooms, and includes tables, chairs, and some decorative furnishings. For 2017 this rate is anywhere from $800 - 2500, with greater discounts for off-peak events.  It is also based on several factors: time needed for the actual event, time needed for set up and clean up, number of guests, use of alcohol, and oil if heat is needed.  

We do ask our guests to adhere to our township's restrictions for our venue which are found here.

The barn can be heated but does not have air conditioning so please consider this in your planning. There are many ceiling fans, and exhaust system and great ventilation for warmer months. Also – the nature of stone walls is that the Barn stays cooler on the inside in the summer!
